暑期工可以无故辞退吗？

暑假工一般情况下也是不能随时辞职的，其实在我国的法律上对暑假工是否可以随时辞职的这个问题没有做出什么明确的规定。 但在实际操作中应该是不可以的，暑假工辞职的时间应该提前和用人单位商量清楚，一般也不需要提前30天通知用人单位。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第十条 建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者在用工前订立劳动合同的，劳动关系自用工之日起建立。
