释义	假借疫情名义虚假宣传、发布虚假广告违法，利用广告对所推销的商品或者服务作虚假宣传，致使多人上当受骗；违法所得数额较大或者有其他严重情节的，依照刑法第二百二十二条的规定，以虚假广告罪定罪处罚。处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或单处罚金。【法律依据】根据《刑法》第二百二十二条，广告主、广告经营者、广告发布者违反国家规定，利用广告对商品或者服务作虚假宣传，情节严重的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金。
