释义	法律分析：离婚诉讼只能选择一般代理。诉讼法当中规定的律师代理权限分为一般代理和特别代理。相较于一般代理的权限，特别代理权限可以行使的职权是非常多的。可是在离婚案件中，很多事情必须原被告双方自己出庭，所以不能适用于特别授权代理，因为律师的职权是有限的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第六十二条离婚案件有诉讼代理人的，本人出不能表达意思的以外，因出庭确因特殊情况无法出庭的，必须向人民法院提交书面意见。
