释义	不符合。如果劳动者请事假的，用人单位可以不支付其事假期间的工资，但是用人单位克扣其双倍工资是不合法的，是违法的，对于用人单位无故克扣工资的行为，可以协商请求单位补发工资，协商不成的，可以申请劳动仲裁。法律依据：《劳动部关于印发的通知》第十九条劳动者与用人单位因工资支付发生劳动争议的，当事人可依法向劳动争议仲裁机关申请仲裁。对仲裁裁决不服的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼。
