军人结婚的条件：
1、军人结婚年龄原则上按照法律规定的法定婚龄执行。
2、军队干部选择的配偶必须符合军队的有关规定和要求。
3、战士一律不得在部队内部和驻地找对象。
4、现役军人一律不准与外国人或居住在香港、澳门的人员结婚。
5、规定了结婚登记与审查的有关事项。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零四十七条 结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。
