合同签署后客户反悔
释义
法律分析：签订后的合同一般不能反悔，不履行合同的一方应承担相应的责任。但存在法定变更或合同无效的情形时，是可以反悔的，合同无效，也就不具有法律效力可以撤销合同。如果合同有效且给对方造成了损失，解除权人应当赔偿对方因此遭受的损失。如果当事人单方违约，可能会被要求、支付违约金、定金责任或赔偿损失。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条 当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
