释义	法律分析：妻子结婚前有精神病是可以离婚的，但是一般只能够诉讼离婚，因为其妻子不属于完全民事行为能力人，不能协议离婚。如果其丈夫在结婚之前不知道妻子具有精神病的，且该精神病属于法律意义上的“重大疾病”，丈夫还可以在知道或者应当知道之后的一年之内向法院请求撤销婚姻。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零五十三条一方患有重大疾病的，应当在结婚登记前如实告知另一方；不如实告知的，另一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内提出。
