释义	不是。人身损害指的是自然人的生命、健康、身体受到不法侵害，造成伤害、残疾、死亡及精神损害。违约责任是指当事人一方不履行合同或其履行不符合合同约定时，对另一方当事人所应承担的继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等民事责任。从以上概念上可以看出，人身损害并不是违约责任。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条、第一千一百七十九条
