释义	公安机关执行拘留后，一般在24小时内通知被拘留人的家属或者他的所在单位，采用书面告知的形式，如果能联系家属到派出所的，当面给出书面告知书，家属收到后签字。不能在规定时间内约见家属的，采用邮寄送达的形式，即在24小时内用挂号信邮寄告知书，挂号信邮寄的时间（有邮局回执）即为送达时间。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百零八条需要解除取保候审的，应当经县级以上公安机关负责人批准，制作解除取保候审决定书、通知书，并及时通知负责执行的派出所、被取保候审人、保证人和有关单位。
