文职人员的退休金高吗

法律分析：《文职人员条例》规定，文职人员退休后按照国家规定的机关事业单位养老保险政策领取养老金，与同级别干部在部队退休的待遇相差较大。建议退休政策上，应当和现役干部退休一样领取退休金，而不是领取养老金。
法律依据：《中国人民解放军文职人员条例》
第四条 军队对文职人员实行分级分类管理，提高管理效能和科学化水平。
第五条 军队建立与国家公务员和事业单位工作人员制度相衔接、具有比较优势的文职人员管理、保障制度和机制。
