释义	法律分析：目前我国法律法规没有明确规定见义勇为的认定标准。见义勇为是指个人不顾自身安危通过同违法犯罪行为做斗争或者抢险、救灾、救人等方式保护国家、集体的利益和他人的人身、财产安全的一种行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十三条因保护他人民事权益使自己受到损害的，由侵权人承担民事责任，受益人可以给予适当补偿。没有侵权人、侵权人逃逸或者无力承担民事责任，受害人请求补偿的，受益人应当给予适当补偿。第一百八十四条因自愿实施紧急救助行为造成受助人损害的，救助人不承担民事责任。
