问题	民法典债权转让是否要经过债务人
释义	债权转让不需要经过债务人同意，但是需要通知债务人。债权人对自己所有的债权的处置应该是完全自主的。债权的转让是债权人和受让人之间发生的合同关系，债务人并不是转让合同一方的当事人，所以债务人的同意与否并不影响债权转让的成立。但债权的转让涉及到债务人向谁履行债务有效的问题，所以，债权人转让权利，应当通知债务人，只有通知债务人后，该债权转让才能对债务人发生法律效力。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条
