释义	在着手实行犯罪之前,各共犯人已经形成共同犯罪故意,就实行犯罪进行了策划和商议的,就是事前通谋的共同犯罪。通谋一般是指二人以上为了实行特定的犯罪,以将各自的意思付诸实现为内容而进行谋议。根据我国《刑法》规定，共同犯罪是指二人以上共同故意犯罪。二人以上共同过失犯罪，不以共同犯罪论处;应当负刑事责任的，按照他们所犯的罪分别处罚。法律依据《刑法》第二十五条
