释义	法律分析：汽车过马路，不能在斑马线上开到对面，斑马线只能行人走或非机动车通行。机动车须让行人。机动车驾驶人在行车时遇到前方路面上有白色菱形预告标识或看到避让行人的警示牌时，应该提前主动降低车速，如果人行横道上有行人正在通过，机动车必须停车让行人先通过。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十七条机动车行经人行横道时，应当减速行驶行人正在通过人行横道，应当停车让行。机动车行经没有交通信号的道路时，遇行人横过道路，应当避让。
