释义	法律分析：满十八岁，有身份证，可以订酒店。我国没有任何一条法律法规，禁止已满18岁的成年人入住酒店。入住酒店时只要出示身份证等有效证件，不违反酒店行业的其他规定即可。法律依据：《中国旅游饭店行业规范》第七条饭店在办理客人入住手续时，应当按照国家的有关规定，要求客人出示有效证件，并如实登记。第八条下情况饭店可以不予接待：(一)携带危害饭店安全的物品入店者；(二)从事违法活动者；(三)影响饭店形象者；(四)无支付能力或曾有过逃账记录者；(五)饭店客满；(六)法律、法规规定的其他情况。
