释义	法律分析: 离婚证不可以委托办理。办理离婚登记必须双方亲自到场，不得委托他人，夫或妻任何一方没有到场的，无法协议离婚，本人不在场的，婚姻登记机关不能出具离婚证。《婚姻登记条例》第十条内地居民自愿离婚的，男女双方应当共同到一方当事人常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理离婚登记。中国公民同外国人在中国内地自愿离婚的，内地居民同香港居民、澳门居民、台湾居民、华侨在中国内地自愿离婚的，男女双方应当共同到内地居民常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理离婚登记。
