释义	一般是2年，但是有的项目没有注明有效期，项目一旦开工，就可以一直用，当然这是指重大项目。法律依据：《政府核准投资项目管理办法》第二十五条项目核准文件自印发之日起有效期2年。在有效期内未开工建设的，项目单位应当在有效期届满前的30个工作日枯派之前向原项目核准机关申请延期，原项目核准机关应当在有效期届满前作出是否准予延期的决定。在有效期内未形式建设蔽败铅也未按照规章向原项目核准机关申请延期的，原项宏好目核准文件自动失效。
