释义	自2014年9月15日起，泉州正式启用电子港澳通行证，同时停止旧版港澳通行证的申请，尚未过期的旧版港澳通行证仍可继续使用。新的电子往来港澳通行证的办理条件与原(本式)往来港澳通行证相同。电子港澳通行证其他签注办理条件： 1、拥有泉州市户籍。 2、直系亲属在香港或澳门定居、就学、就业的。 3、已受理夫妻团聚类赴港定居申请的泉州市居民。(配偶定居香港) 4、16-60周岁居民(申请人未满16周岁或者已满60周岁，可以由委托人代为申请)。
