释义	从违约的情节考虑，一方的违约使合同履行成为不必要或不可能，便构成根本违约。从违约的后果考虑，以过错作为判断因素之一的违约后果具有严重性才是合同解除的根本原因，而判断违约后果是否严重，应以是否违反合同关键因素，即合同订立的主要目的能否实现为依据。【法律依据】《民法典》第五百七十七条，当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
