问题	银行汇票在什么情况下会被银行拒付
释义	银行在收到收款人提交的银行汇票时，经过审查发现有下列情况的，将予以拒付： (1)伪造、变造(凭证、印章、压数机)的银行汇票; (2)非总行统一印制的全国通用的银行汇票; (3)超过付款期的银行汇票; (4)缺汇票联或解讫通知联的银行汇票; (5)汇票背书不完整、不连续的; (8)涂改、更改汇票签发日期、收款人、汇款大写金额; (7)已经银行挂失、止付的现金银行汇票; (8)汇票残损、污染严重无法辩认的。法律依据《中华人民共和国票据法》第十四条、第九十一条
