释义	法律分析：企业年金要转移的话，只要找新单位开具企业年金个人账户转移联系函，然后再带上转移联系函和相关资料到原单位去提出转出申请即可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业年金办法》第四条企业年金有关税收和财务管理，按照国家有关规定执行。第五条企业和职工建立企业年金，应当确定企业年金受托人，由企业代表委托人与受托人签订受托管理合同。受托人可以是符合国家规定的法人受托机构，也可以是企业按照国家有关规定成立的企业年金理事会。
