释义	法律分析：若事先知道别人有心脏病，而且故意或者过失用言语使对方承受巨大心理刺激，则涉嫌故意或过失杀人。若不知道对方有心脏病，应当承担民事责任，依法给予发病者或者死者家属相应的民事赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十二条故意杀人的，处死刑、无期徒刑或者十年以上有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。第二百三十三条过失致人死亡的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以下有期徒刑。本法另有规定的，依照规定。
