释义	以物抵债是指债务人无货币清偿能力时，应当以拍卖、变卖抵押、质押财产或者其他财产所得清偿银行债务。法律依据《中国银行以物抵债管理办法》第三条银行债权应当首先考虑以货币形式受偿，从严控制以物抵债。债务人无货币清偿能力时，应当以拍卖、变卖抵押、质押财产或者其他财产所得清偿银行债务。财产暂时难以变现并符合本管理办法规定的，可以办理以物抵债。
