释义	法律分析：债务转移与债权转让所具有的区别：债务转移不仅必须由原债务人和新债务人达成协议，而且必须经原债权人同意。债权转让，是指债的关系不失其统一性，债权人通过让与合同将其债权转移于第三人享有的现象，转让人只需要通知债务人即可。法律依据：《民法典》第五百五十条因债权转让增加的履行费用，由让与人负担。《民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
