释义	下列情形承诺不得撤回：1.采用口头形式的承诺，因为对于口头形式的承诺，一经发出即到达要约人，根本不存在撤回的可能2.超过了承诺期发生的承诺。以为超过了承诺期限的视为新的要约。《合同法》第27条，承诺可以撤回。撤回承诺的通知应当在承诺通知到达要约人之前或者与承诺通知同时到达要约人。
