释义	法律分析：试用期不需要签三方协议，因为试用期代表着职工正式入职。所谓三方协议，是国家规定的全国普通高校毕业生签订的就业协议。其实学生在毕业前，在用人单位实习期间连试用期都不称不上，但学生实习期间必须签订三方协议。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
