幼儿园能压老师证件吗 -劳动合同

法律分析:
不合法，可以去劳动仲裁投诉。幼儿园作为用人单位，在招用老师时扣押专老师的教师资格证是不合法的。属如果与老师解除了劳动关系，仍然扣押其教师资格证，更属于违法行为。被扣押教师资格证的老师可以通过劳动仲裁，也可以向法院提起诉讼，依法要回自己的教师资格证。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第九条 用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。
