释义	二胎当然也是需要办准生证的。但是没有准生证医院也会接受,但是还是建议办理该证件，因为后边给孩子上户口的时候也有可能用到。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第六条　公民应当在经常居住的地方登记为常住人口，一个公民只能在一个地方登记为常住人口。《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第七条　婴儿出生后一个月以内，由户主、亲属、抚养人或者邻居向婴儿常住地户口登记机关申报出生登记。弃婴，由收养人或者育婴机关向户口登记机关申报出生登记。
