释义
1.年满十芦此明六周岁的不是童工，而是未成年工。2.用人单位可以招用未成年工，但是工作的内容必须符合《劳动法》的规定。

第六十四条，不得安排未成年工从事矿山井下、有陪告毒有害、国家规定的第四级体力劳动强度的劳动和扒伏其他禁忌从事的劳动。
