释义	法律分析: 借腹生子改变了传统生育方式，对传统的生育观和法度都提出了挑战。我国明令禁止任何形式的借腹生子技术。而且，目前的法律也不允许实施借腹生子技术。一旦因为借腹生子技术产生了纠纷，将没有法律的支持，注定是得不到法律保护的。法律依据: 《人类辅助生殖技术管理办法》第三条人类辅助生殖技术的应用应当在医疗机构中进行，以医疗为目的，并符合国家计划生育政策、伦理原则和有关法律规定。禁止以任何形式买卖配子、合子、胚胎。医疗机构和医务人员不得实施任何形式的代孕技术。
