释义	法律分析：不能随便退伙，只有以下条件可以退伙：（一）合伙协议约定的退伙事由出现；（二）经全体合伙人一致同意；（三）发生合伙人难以继续参加合伙的事由；（四）其他合伙人严重违反合伙协议约定的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第二十一条合伙人在合伙企业清算前，不得请求分割合伙企业的财产；但是，本法另有规定的除外。合伙人在合伙企业清算前私自转移或者处分合伙企业财产的，合伙企业不得以此对抗善意第三人。
