释义	法律分析：双休日是一般性的规定，是国家机关和事业单位必须履行的。当然企业能做到也尽量做到了。但企业根据自己的生产经营特点，如果做不到双休日一定要让员工休息，也不是违法的，但是必须做到的是：必须保证员工一周休息一日。法律依据：《国务院关于职工工作时间的规定》第五条因工作性质或者生产特点的限制，不能实行每日工作8小时、每周工作40小时标准工时制度的，按照国家有关规定可以实行其他工作和休息办法。
