释义	夫妻一方赌博欠债另一方没有义务还。夫妻一方在从事赌博、吸毒等违法犯罪活动中所负债务，第三人主张权利的，人民法院不予支持。法律不保护赌债，更不应由另一方偿还。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿;协议不成的，由人民法院判决。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
