释义	法律分析：可以解除，一般有法定解除和约定解除。司法实践中比较多的是约定解除，主要是双方当事人进行协商，解除担保合同。在为他人担保的时候，担保人和借款人也是一种关系，担保人有连带责任，当借款人把贷款还清之后，担保人就不需要承担责任了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十七条债权人未经保证人书面同意,允许债务人转移全部或者部分债务,保证人对未经其同意转移的债务不再承担保证责任,但是债权人和保证人另有约定的除外。第三人加入债务的,保证人的保证责任不受影响。
