一、行政强制包括哪些？
行政强制包括行政强制措施和行政强制执行。行政强制措施，是指行政机关在行政管理过程中，为制止违法行为、防止证据损毁、避免危害发生、控制危险扩大等情形，依法对公民的人身自由实施暂时性限制，或者对公民、法人或者其他组织的财物实施暂时性控制的行为。行政强制执行，是指行政机关或者行政机关申请人民法院，对不履行行政决定的公民、法人或者其他组织，依法强制履行义务的行为。
二、什么情况下当事人可以提出行政诉讼
在对于行政机关作出的具体行政行为不服的情况下，当事人可以向人民法院提出行政诉讼。《行政诉讼法》规定，人民法院受理公民、法人或者其他组织因对行政机关的行政处罚、行政强制措施和行政强制执行不服等情形的诉讼。
三、行政强制执行的基本原则有哪些
1、先动员后强制的原则。在强制执行前，行政机关应当进行督促教育，动员义务人自己履行。当事人履行了行政法义务的，就不再实施行政强制执行。2、优先选择轻微方式的原则。如果由两个以上强制措施可以选择时，行政机关不得首先使用最严厉的措施，而应当遵循由弱到强的适用顺序。
