释义	从法律角度上，亲子关系不能自认而解除。亲子关系是基于血缘产生而受法律保护的，血缘关系是不能由法律来脱离的，我国法律还没有关于脱离亲子关系的规定。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第—千零七十三条对亲子关系有异议且有正当理由的，父或者母可以向人民法院提起诉讼，请求确认或者否认亲子关系。
