释义	法律分析：“医闹”是一种违法行为。“医闹”是指受雇于医疗纠纷的患者方，与患者家属一起，采取各种途径以严重妨碍医疗秩序、扩大事态、给医院造成负面影响的形式给医院施加压力从中牟利的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百九十条聚众扰乱社会秩序罪规定了医闹是违法的，是犯罪的。聚众扰乱社会秩序，情节严重，致使工作、生产、营业和教学、科研、医疗无法进行，造成严重损失的，对首要分子，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑；对其他积极参加的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。
