释义	嫌疑犯批捕以后走的程序：（1）案件侦查：批捕后，公安机关会对案件继续深入侦查。并会随时提审犯罪嫌疑人，做讯问笔录。（2）移送检察院审查起诉。（3）法院开庭审判：法院对案件进行审查，对证据确凿、涉嫌犯罪的，安排时间开庭审理。（4）向犯罪人送达判决书。【法律依据】《刑事诉讼法》第八十七条公安机关要求逮捕犯罪嫌疑人的时候，应当写出提请批准逮捕书，连同案卷材料、证据，一并移送同级人民检察院审查批准。必要的时候，人民检察院可以派人参加公安机关对于重大案件的讨论。
