释义	法律分析: 不合法，劳动者依法提前一个月申请离职，这一个月是劳动者寻找工作，完成交接的时间，这个月的工资属于劳动者的可期待利益，在此期间，劳动者与用人单位的劳动关系仍然存在，若用人单位强行要求劳动者提前离职，则侵犯了劳动者的合法利益，应当承担相应的法律责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
