释义	根据《劳动合同法》规定，劳动者想辞职走人，只需要主动与单位协商一致即可，但一般主动辞职的话就不能享受法定的经济补偿金如果单位不同意劳动者辞职，劳动者坚持要辞职，则必须提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位，通知完经过30天劳动者就可以自然与用人单位解除劳动合同，这是法律规定的辞职权。《劳动合同法》第三十七条规定，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
