释义	法律分析：奶奶是直系亲属，直系亲属是指和自己有直接血缘关系或婚姻关系的人，即直系血亲和直系姻亲，己身所从出的血亲，即是生育己身的隔代血亲，从己身所出的血亲，即是己身生育的后代。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。就是法律规定的配偶和三代以内的直系血亲。即是我们认知的女方和男方三代以内的血亲。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。
