释义	法律分析：我国法律没有父债子还这种规定的。也就是子女没有义务给父亲的债务承担清偿责任，除非子女继承了父亲的遗产，那么同时是继承他的债务的，这时候就有义务返还了。即继承遗产就须继承债务，即父母死后子女继承了其遗产的，需要在遗产价值范围内还债。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十九条分割遗产，应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；但是，应当为缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产。
