对评标结果有异议,可否由原评标委员会复议 -法律知识

法律分析：
如果将重新评标视为复议的话，则相关法规并未强制要求必须变更评委会。
评委会在评标结果生效之前，对已经评审完成的评标内容再次进行评审，仍旧属于评审过程，不属于复议或重新评标。
法律依据：
《招标投标法实施条例》 第八十二条 依法必须进行招标的项目的招标投标活动违反招标投标法和本条例的规定，对中标结果造成实质性影响，且不能采取补救措施予以纠正的，招标、投标、中标无效，应当依法重新招标或者评标。
