释义	法律分析：可以做法人，但要符合法定代表人的其他条件。公务员辞去公职或者退休的，原系领导成员的公务员在离职三年内，其他公务员在离职两年内，不得到与原工作业务直接相关的企业或者其他营利性组织任职，不得从事与原工作业务直接相关的营利性活动。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八十八条具备法人条件，为适应经济社会发展需要，提供公益服务设立的事业单位，经依法登记成立，取得事业单位法人资格；依法不需要办理法人登记的，从成立之日起，具有事业单位法人资格。
