释义	根据公司需要去开户，还没员工可以先不开户。用人单位应自成立30日内去办理社保开户的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第五十七条用人单位应当自成立之日起三十日内凭营业执照、登记证书或者单位印章，向当地社会保险经办机构申请办理社会保险登记。社会保险经办机构应当自收到申请之日起十五日内予以审核，发给社会保险登记证件。第五十八条用人单位应当自用工之日起三十日内为其职工向社会保险经办机构申请办理社会保险登记。未办理社会保险登记的，由社会保险经办机构核定其应当缴纳的社会保险费。
