释义	借条数额与实际借款不一致，以实际借款为准。借据所载借款金额与借款人所证明的交付金额不一致的，出借人亦不能提供证据证明其己足额交付的，由负有举证责任的当事人承担不利后果，因此以实际交付金额为借款金额。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第二条，没有证据或者证据不足以证明当事人的事实主张的，由负有举证责任的当事人承担不利后果。
