释义	律师分析：债务人可以选择部分履行，这不当然造成违约，也并不违反合同法的规定。但当部分履行损害债权人利益时，债权人可以拒绝债务人部分履行，当部分履行不会对债权人利益造成损害时，债权人无权拒绝。债务人部分履行时应当承担相应的费用，因部分履行给债权人增加的费用应当由债务人负担。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百二十二条债权人可以拒绝债务人部分履行债务，但部分履行不损害债权人利益的除外。债务人部分履行债务给债权人增加的费用，由债务人负担。
