释义	法律分析：各高级人民法院根据本辖区的实际情况并报经最高人民法院批准，可以指定若干基层人民法院管辖第一审技术合同纠纷案件。其他司法解释对技术合同纠纷案件管辖另有规定的，从其规定。合同中既有技术合同内容，又有其他合同内容，当事人就技术合同内容和其他合同内容均发生争议的，由具有技术合同纠纷案件管辖权的人民法院受理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二十三条因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。
