释义	法律分析: 员工辞职，只需要提前三十天以书面的形式通知单位，试用期提前三天通知单位就可以了，到期直接办理离职手续，并且要求单位结清工资即可。并不需要什么理由。如果单位拒绝支付工资，那么员工可以申请劳动仲裁进行维权。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
