释义	法律分析： 1、如果已经实施了证据登记保存，那对进行证据登记保存已过7日的，就应该依据行政处罚法依法对其进行解除登记保存。2、解除证据登记保存后，并不意味着就不能实施处罚了，通过在证据登记保存期间对有关证据进行的核实、复制、鉴定、拍摄、录像等技术处理措施对证据进行的固定和保存。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第二十九条违法行为在二年内未被发现的，不再给予行政处罚。法律另有规定的除外。前款规定的期限，从违法行为发生之日起计算；违法行为有连续或者继续状态的，从行为终了之日起计算。
